Clwb Ifor Bach (meaning Little Ivor's Club) is located in the heart of Cardiff has existed since 1983 and was founded by Cymdeithas Clwb Cymraeg Caerdydd, a society formed with the purpose of establishing a Welsh language social club. Still today, it is the focal point for many Welsh-medium organisations and events in the area. English and Welsh are spoken equally throughout the club, and most staff are required to be bilingual.
The club today is contained within an three-storey building. There is a bar, stage, and dance floor on each level, varying in size from level to level.
There are regular performances of live music. The range of music played is very wide, and includes Reggae, Folk, Hip Hop, Pop, Rock, Welsh and more.
Notable acts and bands who have performed at the venue include The Strokes, Biffy Clyro, Kasabian, Bloc Party, Elbow, Bullet For My Valentine, Kaiser Chiefs, Idles, Frank Turner, The Killers, Foals, Coldplay, and Stereophonics.

Spillers Records is said to be the world's oldest record shop, as established in Cardiff back in 1894 by Henry Spiller.
At its original location in Queens Arcade, the store specialised in the sale of phonographs, wax phonograph cylinders and shellac phonograph discs. In the early 1920s, Spiller's son Edward took over the running of the business and sold musical instruments alongside pre-recorded music. In the late 1940s, Henry moved the shop around the corner to a larger premises on The Hayes.
In 2010, Spillers Records moved to Morgan Arcade.

Cardiff Castle is supposed to be one of Wales’ leading heritage attractions. It is located within beautiful parklands at the heart of the city. The Roman fort was established at the end of the 50s AD. Remains of the Roman wall can still be seen today. After the Norman conquest the castle’s keep was built, re-using the original site of the Roman fort. It passed through the hands of many noble families until in 1766, it passed to the Bute family. From 1866 onwards, architect William Burges was to transform the castle lodgings. Within gothic towers he created lavish and opulent interiors, rich with murals, stained glass, marble, and elaborate wood carvings. The Bute family continued to stay at the castle throughout the 1930s.

Motorpoint Arena Cardiff is an indoor event arena, with was opened on 10 September 1993 by singer Shirley Bassey. It is the city's largest exhibition facility today.
