Crash is very much part of the furniture when it comes to the Leeds music scene. Since its opening in 1985, it is widely considered the must-see place for the latest tunes, upcoming gigs, and great service characteristic of an independent record shop. Crash Records specialises in Indie, Alternative, Punk, and Metal artists on both vinyl and CD alike. Spend a good time going through their racks, it’s definitely worth it. They also sell merchandise and a bunch of tickets to plenty of gigs at Leeds’ venues, as well as offering intimate in-store shows and album signings. If you are heading for older and rare stuff, just go downstairs to Wall of Sound.
