The Apple Boutique was a retail shop located on the corner of Baker Street and Paddington Street. It opened on 7 December 1967 and closed on 31 July 1968. The store concept was that everything in it was for sale, mostly fashion garments and accessories. It was one of the first business ventures by The Beatles' fledgling Apple Corps.
Have a look at some pictures of this place or enjoy a short snippet from the 1968 film Hot Millions which provides one of the few rare filmed glimpses inside the Apple Boutique.
In 2013, a blue plaque in honour of this place has been unveiled here.
