Picturesque Neuschwanstein Castle is a 19th-century Romanesque Revival palace on a hill near the city of Fuessen in Bavaria. It's about 2-hours drive from Munich. The castle was intended as a home for king Ludwig II of Bavaria, until he died in 1886.
This place was used as cover art for Blur's single Country House. The Britpop band released this song as lead single from their fourth album The Great Escape on 14 August 1995.
